Beginner Core Workout

Today we will be working our core. This is a beginner workout. All exercises are timed so do as many reps as you can in the time alloted! All you will need is a mat and dumbbells! Be sure to stretch before your workout! Im experimenting with a lot of different things so these videos will change/improve over the coming weeks. This workout probably shouldnt take you longer than 15 minutes. Enjoy guys!


Warm Up

Leg Drops 20 Secs on 10 Secs off 2X

Crunches 20 Secs on 10 Secs off 2X


Plank 30 on 15 off 3X

Sprinters 30 on 15 off 2X

Core Punches(DB) 30 on 15 off 2X


Cool Down 20 Sec on 10 Sec off
