Arm workout(Pre competition prep)

I plan on hoping on stage to do more fitness competitions in 2021. I am going to start detailing my journey right here with videos, pictures or workouts, food, supplements etc. I officially start my prep on September 1st but for now I am just doing a few workouts to stay in shape. Below you can find my arm workout from this morning.

Everything was done 6X12(6 sets, 12 reps)

Banded Curls

Straight Bar Pulldown

Pronated Curls

Supinated Curls

Dips
