Making a Positive Impact

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Charles Bell and I have been working in the fitness industry since 2014. I’ve worked in community centers, big box gyms, and corporate wellness. Now I dedicate my time to private personal training, online training, and nutrition coaching. I started First Klass Nutrition to help transform clients both physically and mentally. All transformations start with discipline, and that discipline begins with you!

When people think of wellness alot of different things come to mind. One of the most prominent things I hear is relaxation. That is true but there are various components of wellness that dont get enough credit. 2 things we focus on are mental and financial wellness. We believe you have to be mentally ready in order to perform your best physically. We also believe that you should take care of your financial wellness in order to ease your stress.

Nutrition

Living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining  a strong and fit body. In order to maximize your potential, you must manage your nutrition. Not just a meal plan or shopping list, but identifying environmental and psychological factors that contribute to it. Our nutrition coaching programs will help you identify those factors. 

Charles is a talented trainer. He is motivated and always pushes others to stay motivated and value their health and wellness. He is also attentive and creates programs specific to his client’s needs.
